Fun with Goodwill of DE, Fitness and Friendship with Jamie Hess, Getting Ready for the DBCC Gala

We kicked off the week with Jamie Hess discussing details for her next Backyard Burn event on July 17th. The Backyard Burn series was created in the pandemic as a space for women to come together and celebrate fitness & friendship, while enjoying some fresh air and fun. The team will be capturing audio and video footage at the event to be used on social media to promote future events and highlight some sponsors.

With the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual Gala approaching, the team headed to the Chamber’s office to work out the final details and prepare for the upcoming event. Did you get your tickets yet? We will be there with bells on and can’t wait to celebrate and honor the Chamber and its members!

To wrap up the week, our company engagement division, The Fun Dept, went to several Goodwill locations to give them a chance to pause and unwind. This is the 1st of two groups The Fun Dept will be traveling to this month. The second being on July 28th, when they’re heading to southern locations.
