That’s A Wrap – Week 39

The Big Dill, Neil Energy, Brandywine River Restoration, and Tilly’s Escape

This action-packed week kicked off with The Big Dill and it was exactly that. Hosted by our own Christopher Bruce, people from all over the US came to Baltimore to celebrate, taste, party, and enjoy all things PICKLE. RISE and BRINE!

The Office of the Child Advocate called on us to help produce a training module designed to help medical professionals identify the signs of abuse. We are glad we could help make our community safer.

Shifting gears, Neil Energy leaned on the fun dept. to activate their team Field Day at the Chase Fieldhouse, bringing to life their Olympic-themed carnival experience filled with team activities, a full midway, and plenty of SWAG!!!

City council member and BRRT advocate, Zanthia Oliver, shared why supporting the Brandywine River Restoration efforts are important to her and our city. Visit www.brrt.org to learn more.

We closed out the week celebrating our efforts in the production of the Harriet Tubman-inspired “Tilly Escape” story in partnership with the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom, the Seaford Historical Society, and the City of Wilmington Preservation Planning Office at a film premiere down in Seaford, DE.

Thank you for another Inspiring, Creative, and Productive Week!

That’s A Wrap – Week 36

Getting Ready for @worldslargestpickleparty

We headed down the street to the Bank Center on 500 Delaware Avenue to capture some audio for the WSFS Founder’s Day Video. The video will honor WSFS and Founder Willard Hall for turning WSFS into what it is today!

Don McNeil stopped by to show us how lovely the box designs for Plate at 8 are coming together.  With all biodegradable material from the inside and out the Plate at 8 packaging is everything and then some!

The team had a meeting with Kevin Baxter to discuss the schedule and planning for The Big Dill. Hosted by Chris Bruce and company, make sure you get your tickets, or you’ll miss out on “The World’s Largest Pickle Party”! @worldslargestpickleparty

That’s a Wrap – Week 12

Week 12 Brought Drama, Fun, a Little Spring Cleaning And We Smell Steak In The Wilmington Air

This week was a busy one for The Fun Department, as we shot more video content for their upcoming info-marketing series, Bringing Values to Life. The series is scheduled to debut on April 1st, 2022, and it will showcase the importance of living life with integrity.

Nick Gianoulis is known as the Godfather of Fun for good reason. He has a natural ability to make any situation more enjoyable, and his infectious laughter is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Nick is also a master of the improvisational arts, and he’s always game for trying something new. Whether we’re brainstorming ideas for a client project or just goofing around during a break, working with Nick is always a blast!

The Big Dill

If you were in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, you may have noticed a GIANT PICKLE near our studio on Market Street. Well, that’s Dilly from The Big Dill, and we were recording TikToks to break the internet and assist in the promotion of their social media material.

Shining Spring Cleaning!

There’s something about the start of a new season that makes us want to declutter and start fresh. Maybe the warmer weather and longer days make us feel like we can finally tackle that pesky project we’ve been putting off. Or maybe it’s the promise of new beginnings that comes with springtime. Whatever the reason, there’s no better time than now to do some much-needed spring cleaning. We threw away some of our superfluous stuff to make place for improvements!

Wilmington Drama League

We also helped with the lighting design for the Wilmington Drama League‘s current production of August Osage County. Though we are not trained professional actors, we like to think of ourselves as “theater aficionados.” And what theater-goer doesn’t enjoy a nice, dimly lit room?  The end result is a lighting design that perfectly complements the play’s tone and themes. We’re extremely proud of our work, and we’re looking forward to seeing how audiences react to it. Break a Leg!

Bardea Steak on the Rise!

We’re keeping a close eye on our friends at Bardea Steak‘s progress, and it appears that they are making great strides toward opening! Located in the heart of downtown, the sleek and modern steakhouse has been under construction for months. However, it appears that the wait is almost over, as Bardea Steak is now entering its final stages of development. Every foodie in Delaware is so excited for sure!

Week 12 was again another week of inspiration, creativity, and productivity. Keep being awesome, and we’ll see you next week!

Stay Awesome and See You Next Week!
