That’s A Wrap – Week 5
Punxsutawney Phil Says Six More Weeks of Winter- We’re Calling for 47 More Weeks of Awesome!
Virtual Fun
Week 5 kept us creative in this virtual world producing and recording some sessions for a company presentation with team members from around the US. It is amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it. We’re getting creative in our virtual environment by running and recording some sessions for a company presentation with team members from all around the United States. Even though we’re not in the same physical space, we’re still finding ways to connect and have some fun. It’s all about being witty and thinking outside the box in this virtual workspace. So far, so good!
Building Bardea
Yesterday, we stopped by Bardea Steak for a documentary when they were working on their buildout. It was great to see everyone working together and to get a behind-the-scenes look at the process. And of course, it’s always nice to have a little something to eat while we’re working!
Nature in Winter
According to my calendar, it appears that winter is almost over. This is hard to believe, as it feels like only yesterday that I was shooting a greenscreen section for a client’s internal training needs. As I start preparing for a new shot, I can’t help but reflect on the amazing footage I captured during the autumn months.
Olympic Spirit
The crew got into the Olympic spirit by bonding over tater tots on a more lighthearted note. We were all rooting for the home team, and it was great to see everyone getting into the spirit of the Games.
A Great Guy
To close things out, we were honored to join in and celebrate a truly great man and the entire Shadd family for a historic marker dedication. This was years in the making and long overdue. It was a truly special moment to be part of the ceremony for the Abraham Shadd family historical marker. Abraham was a notable abolitionist and civil rights advocate in the early 1800s. He was an amazing man who accomplished so much in his life, and it was an honor to be able to pay tribute to him. It was a fun and lighthearted moment in what was otherwise a very solemn and moving event.
The lighting test and initial setup for the upcoming Boys and Girls Clubs of DE shoot is looking great. Just wait until you see it all come together! It is always great to see the studio alive and buzzing as we shot a green screen segment for a client’s internal training needs. Whether your audience is internal or external, we are here to tell your story.
Sometimes you have to pause and take a moment, to appreciate and capture some of nature’s beauty. The snow really is pretty but… REALLY… 6 more weeks, huh? Thanks, Phil! On the plus side, According to the Stormfax Almanac, that works out to a 39% accuracy rate. It’s been a hundred and twenty years – get it right! #bringonspring
You guessed it… it was another creative, inspiring, and productive week.
Stay Awesome and Stay Tuned!
