The Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council

DCRAC is a nonprofit working to transform financial lives for Delawareans through advocacy, education, legislation, and outreach. Since 1987, they have operated with the mission to ensure equitable treatment and equal access to credit and capital. DCRAC works throughout Delaware to raise awareness of the many service offerings available. We work with the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, Delaware Division of Libraries, Taxpayer Advocate Service, Wilmington HOPE Commission, West End Neighborhood House, Central Baptist CDC, Nehemiah Gateway CDC, Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, among other organizations.
